Safety Services

B2 Project Solutions LLC personnel are trained and certified in OSHA safety requirements for construction as well as EM 385-1-1, the United States Army Corp of Engineers safety program.  Personnel are qualified to prepare and/or review corporate safety plans and project-specific Accident Prevention Plans (APP), including but not limited to the following specific categories: Hazard Communication Program, Energy Control (LOTO) Program, Emergency Action Plans, Fire Prevention Plans, Hearing Conservation Program Management, Bloodborne Pathogens Program Management, Scaffold Safety Program Management, Fall Protection Plan, Confined Space Plan, etc. 

B2 offers GCs a third-party safety consultant to conduct on-site safety inspections and provide documentation of company and project safety program strengths and weaknesses, including guidance for correcting any deficiencies.  B2 provides clients with prepared ‘Tool Box Talks,’ and will conduct safety instruction and training for various topics. 

Quality Control Management

B2 Project Solutions LLC personnel are trained in the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Three-Phase Quality Control process.  B2 provides preparation and/or review of corporate and/or project-specific Quality Control plans.
