Our members have a combined 40 years of experience providing project management services to owners.  As an Owner Representative, B2 Project Solutions LLC oversees the contractors and maintains the construction schedule and budget tracking on behalf of the owner.  Our services also include business case and charter development, capital budgeting, bid document and Request for Quotations (RFQs) preparations, bid evaluations, and project services administration.  We chair, conduct and document meetings, perform construction reviews and warranty inspections, as well as perform payment certification and contract administration.
