Estimating Services

B2 Project Solutions LLC offers estimating services to augment your in-house estimating department or provide complete estimates for all divisions of a project ranging in size up to $10M.  B2 procures multiple proposals for each division of the project and prepares a comprehensive scope for each division to ensure subcontractor and vendor quotes adhere to the scope requirements.  B2 reviews project constructability and addresses potential logistical issues during bid preparation to thoroughly reflect the expected cost for our clients to perform the contract work, including all reasonable costs that a prudent and experienced contractor would anticipate and include in their bid.  All B2 estimates are consistent with the best industry estimating practices per AACE International and Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). 

Subcontract Award

Upon contract award by an owner, B2 Project Solutions LLC will assist General Contractors in finalizing subcontractor and vendor scopes to award subcontracts.  B2 prepares thorough, project-specific scopes of service for any division.  B2 will mediate and document the scope review with any potential subcontractors to attain a Best and Final Offer and award a subcontract.
