Our 'project services' orientation addresses the entire construction project life-cycle from concept-to-closure and can involve renovations, expansion and new construction projects.
We offer innovative and economical CPM scheduling services, assistance with proposal preparation, estimating and subcontractor scope review, quality and safety plan services and project management.

KATE E. PARKINSON
Managing Member
Kate E. Parkinson, Managing Member and President, is the principal CPM scheduling consultant and safety professional for B2 Project Solutions LLC, as well as assisting with project management services.
Kate holds a Bachelor of Science from St. Vincent College and has over thirteen years of progressive project management experience as both an Owner’s Representative as well as a Project Manager for a general contractor. Kate has managed extensive design/build and accelerated construction projects, particularly in the education and health care sectors including federal government work. She is experienced with both out-of-the-ground construction and renovation of existing facilities.
Kate stresses the critical importance of utilizing comprehensive, well-planned CPM schedules for successful project management, and she has been recognized for her ability to identify potential problems and to collaborate with owners, A/E’s and contractors to develop practical, cost-efficient solutions to problematic issues to all parties’ satisfaction.
Friendly, professional service and delivery of quality work product are the heart of Kate’s project management philosophy.
LAWRENCE BARKOWSKI, CCP PMP
Senior Consultant
Lawrence Barkowski is the principal project manager and project controls consultant of all projects at B2 Project Solutions LLC. Larry is a safety, quality and results driven professional with over 30-years experience and progressive responsibility in industrial project engineering and management, project services, automation and information systems.
Larry holds a Master's of Science in Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and is an AACE International Certified Cost Professional and a PMI Project Management Professional.
Larry has successfully managed multi-million dollar projects in a matrix-environment from concept-to-closure, and multiple concurrent project teams to deliver objectives without lost-time injury. He is experienced in outage and commissioning management as well as traditional and agile methodologies.
In addition to planning, scheduling and cost control, Larry's many competencies include project risk management, enterprise IT implementation and problem-solving and analysis of business and manufacturing processes.
He is a dynamic team leader, mentor, and coach with virtual team experience, and an effective communicator with stakeholders of all levels.
